Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a charming arty/antique flare in the rooms, and my stay in the main building was delightful, despite a few hiccups with service. The location, although convenient, lacked a response from management regarding an issue in the Henrietta Suite.
I stayed in the Coach House Suite, Room 17 Henrietta overlooking the back of the hotel, which we loved for its quietness. The room was very small for a deluxe double considering the price paid.
The hotel is ideally located for easy walking into the city, just a 2-minute stroll to the Pulteney bridge. The rooms, despite being in the annex building, were stunning and very cozy, though different from the original description. The staff were welcoming and always ready to assist, making our stay pleasant overall. The dining options were a bit pricey, but the food quality was good. The proximity to the city center and the exceptional service stand out. However, the room description discrepancy and expensive dining were minor drawbacks.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel, with exceptional food in the restaurant, and a joyous experience with the bar staff. However, the Pantry was a bit too small. The rooms are unique and gorgeous, creating a wonderful ambiance.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxing time. The service was exceptional, making our honeymoon truly special. The location was top-notch, offering easy access to attractions and a lovely breakfast. The dining experience was satisfactory, although there were minor issues. Overall, a great experience with excellent value for money.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious with a big comfy bed, two lovely armchairs, and plenty of space, although a bit noisy due to the proximity to the kitchen. I enjoyed the cute blue bathtub. The service was friendly and relaxed, with a special shoutout to the bar tender for crafting phenomenal cocktails in the beautifully decorated bar/lounge. The location was beautiful and relaxing, situated in a lovely townhome on Great Pulteney Street, ideal for exploring Bath. The dining experience, while meeting the standard of a 4-star hotel, was not exceptional. Overall, a pleasant experience with minor drawbacks.
